Running late!

GO OUTSIDE

Getting outside and active can help our children's brain and muscles prepare for a day of school.

Ideas could be:

- jumping on the tramp while mum is putting the washing on,

- crawling races between bedroom and dining room,

- jumping to the car,

- getting to school early to play on the playground (if allowed)

- last but not least my current go to - running from a distant car spot when we are running late!

What do you do???
