GO OUTSIDE

Hot again today?

Cool off & let the kids get wet and do some great 'heavy work' by setting up a 'CAR WASH'!

We go out all the toy cars, trucks, and equipment and gave them a good wash down.

Heavy Work is great for developing our sense of body awareness (knowing where we are in space) and our motor planning. It is also great for helping us regulate our alertness and attention.
