Painting with water

Painting is great for developing pre-writing skills and a fun way to learn letter formation. But do you struggle with the time to set up and clean up and the mess? Try water painting!

Colour in the whole blackboard with chalk and give your child a bucket of water and paintbrush. Then they 'paint' away all the chalk. If your child is up to letters and numbers you can write them in chalk and have your child paint/remove them with water.
